An enemy leader is changed his chat name to EKPENGUIN9 ACP ECHO CAPTAIN so he can get more troops by bulling you guys into thinking I hate you! WARNING If he comes on and pcs you tell him to go to RPA chat and if he is not main owner then ignore him. He has also pretended to be RPA 3ic Benucicas. He is leader of red rovers the most n00bish army in the world SO BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
