Please Stop Promoting to 3ic!

Hola

As you know this is a farely new army. We have had to many 3ics but they still keep getting promotions!
This makes lesser ranks give up coming to events because they think only higher ranks get promos which is true. I need EVERY leaders opinion on this in a comment.

ok I will stop making people third in commands but the only thing is ryan was not active so I made icebaer 3ic. NO MORE 3ic until there is a space.Guys get all your friends to join then we can lead them.
